I have a decent vidya collection myself, although I focused on more recent systems than you. I also rarely play any of them. Recently I stopped putting all of my money into it but I am not going to sell them. I collect just because I love collecting things, I always have. I would just put them into storage and sell them when you really need the money. Don't just sell them to get rid of them, your collection is an asset and if you choose to sell you should try to get as much out of it as possible.

I had the same issue, here is what I did, I found a girl I love, bought a house, living together, got her pregnant, had a baby. And in just a few years I can give that crap to her!

I've been like this collecting different things. But eventually you realize that keeping so many things perfect ect is a source for OCD/anxiety to feast upon.

Try storing them away, out of sight for a while. along with other crap you don't use but can't bring yourself to sell/scrap. Enjoy a far less cluttered living space over the next couple years, then go thru the boxes... prolly won't care about them nearly as much
