Possible. However, they're usually so intuitive, especially those with high kinesthetic ability (like yoga teachers), that I think they can pick up on the slightest reactions to their touch or presence.
I think they even pick up on our attraction when we try not to look at them because they know we're trying not to look at them.
This leaves kind women walking the line between using her effect to elevate you, but not signaling interest in her students.
What I don't think they understand is that for men sex is a different urge than they experience. For us it's like an itch or a hunger that can be very unpleasant when not satisfied. Women certainly experience arousal, but their romantic experiences tend to be crushes that they think about all day, not a physical sensation that requires relief.
