Worked at a Montana branch Chipotle and the weirdest thing I've ever had to make (and also the one that pissed me off the most) was a sofritas (liquid spicy tofu) burrito with double guac, double sour cream, and cilantro with lemon juice.

I told her it would probably need two tortillas so it didnt fall apart and she said she wouldnt allow it because it was extra carbs and that another location did it fine for 5 years.
You couldnt fucking roll the thing so she left pissed off and I got sour cream and guac shit all over me. Almost quit that day because the General Manager said it could be done.

I was a general manager at that miserable company for 3 years fucking years. Tons of time off the clock. Had only maybe 9 good employees out of 30. Constant turn over. Was constantly bitched at by regional fucks to hire up shitstains, watch my budget but overspend at the same time. Get dropped in by random visits while they told me to fire my good employees because they weren't the "warm and bubbly types."

Still managed to be the highest volume store in the metro area

15 orders a minute is our best ever. Fully deployed 9 people on line and from the second they step up to "Tortilla" we knew everything they'd get on their order.

When one bitch is going ONE AT A FUCKING TIME. WAITINGGGGGGG for us to do literally everything. Shit slowed down. Alrighty bois time to edumacate all yalls on how chipotle handles pay raises.

Once you're hired, you start off at x $ per hour, determined by area manager and GM.

Once your work "Improves the work of someone else" (usually at first review) you get a 60 cent pay raise.

Every 6 months if you pass your review you get another 60 cents and makes you re-eligible for the original 60 cents if you continue to improve the work of someone else.

Being promoted also will make you instantly re-eligible for the 60 cents. I'm a KM, so not crew.

AND restaurateur will give a pay raise to everyone working in the store, managers receiving more obviously. The GM gets a raise of 33000$ and a car, and a phone, AAAND will once again make you re-eligible for the 60 cents.
