She just got between my legs and relaxed(no purring). She is very very small. I don't think she can eat by herself like other anon said. Well the fact that the kitten is close to you is good news. Just pet her gently and show her lots of love. Play with him/her. Kittens love strings. So just dangle some above her and let he paw at it.

As far as the food goes, try out the whole kitten milk like what everyone says. When my kitten was unable to eat, the vet suggested that I heat up small portions of cat food up. The heat will make their food smell more appetizing. Oh and mush it up too so it's eatable for the kitty.

Take her to the food as well. Put the food close to the kitten so it could have a sense that it's food for them.

Go out and buy the most expensive cat climbing tower you can find. Make sure you get the cashier to put it in a plastic bag. Doesn't matter if it's too big; just wraps those suckers around it.
