only had 1 pug have a seizure like 10 years ago, but I think seizures in smaller breeds like pugs occur due to their smaller skull size putting pressure on the brain. I don't know of any way to fix that other than having their skull drilled to relieve pressure, you'd have to see a vet to know for sure what's causing the seizures and how to treat them though

Last one cost me a little more than 300 dollars, but provided so much fun. An old and grumpy one - they're the best.
Let me tell you: the greatest way to handle a pug is working on it while other pugs watch and listen: it's an absolute joy. For a while now I've thought about the ultimate price: getting my hands on a mother pug and her little puppies. Nothing beats the pain and horror a mother experiences over the slow and continious physical destruction of her pups.
I also love it how pugs don't really whine like other dogs when in severe pain; they SCREAM, just like humans do.

If Pugs aren't bred right there's a specific genetic disorder they can get. I don't remember the name but google it and figure it out. It causes them to have seizures and other symptoms and will eventually kill the dog. There isn't really anything that can be done to fix it. Sorry man. I lost a Pug that wasn't even a year old to this same genetic disorder. I just googled the disease before posting. Its called Pug Dog Encephalitis.
