Quit Battlefield 4 cold turkey. Use to be #1 Recon in my state. I spazzed out playing BF3 on PC. I tensed up my body real hard and started shaking around and shit and I really hurt my neck. It's still fucked up today with limited range of movement and sometimes randomly gets sore and stiff as fuck for a week or more. Sometimes it's triggered by moving my neck the wrong way too fast or something.

Used to play lol 24/7 like three years ago . One time I failed my promotions about 7 times. The 8th time I won my first game and got dc'd in champ select in the second which counted as a loss.
I straight up tore the door completely off my closet and broke it in a million pieces , went to the bathroom , locked myself in and started punching the door and wall as hard as I can .
