total energy released = 2000 * 9 * 10^16 J = 1.8 * 10^20J, thats enough to destroy a medium sized island at best (that too just the surface)
so even with a bomb of 1 ton anti matter, it wont come even close to destroying the earth
you will need massive amounts for that
(keep in mind that the gbe of earth is in the range of 2*10^32 J, and thats not even counting the energy needed for vigorous fragmentation of rocks
so in the end, it will need probably less than 10^33J of overall energy output to destroy earth
