Some of the guys I work with are absolute shits to customers who don't tip. Bringing their order last if it's just around the corner, being rude, etc. If they ask for their change back, I give it to them. I'm still polite, say thanks, have a nice night. I don't get bent out of shape about it.

Best job I've ever had. I make more money at this place than any other job I've ever had. I don't do kitchen prep, I don't do dishes, and I don't have to sweep/mop/clean anything. There's always coffee on, and my bosses are awesome. I've worked other places where none of this has been true.

I know a guy like that ... he delivers Pizza in the town I live in .... this guy is trying to be the frontsinger in the Band I'm playing at the moment ... he is the biggest ass I have ever seen, but my colleges like him, because he is "funny" and has "a great voice" ....
The problem with his voice is, that he can't be bothered to actually train it .... after 2 songs he starts loosing his voice and after another 2 it's totally gone ..... if you try to reason with him, that he has to train his voice he gets pissed and resents to violence ....

Usually I'd bring it back to the restaurant, the kitchen staff and drivers will eat it. Same thing when someone complains and sends a pizza back. I have given an order to my cousin once for her and her kids. I saw her on the street and she jokingly asked me "Oh hey, got pizza for me?" and I handed her an untouched pizza and poutine.
