Hi guys, I need help with the game.

1) I don't understand the use of candies. If I collect a certain amount I can make the pokemon evolve, ok, but what about using the candies singularly? What happens? every time I try to do it the game freeze and I have to restart it

2) Same thing with the the gyms: if I try to do anything, the game freeze. Also big servers problems, they are down every half an hour

i live in an apartment next to a church and im just sitting here watching a massive power struggle between my neighbors for the last hours, competing for the gym there

Nigga that is not how it works.

The "Maximum" level a pokemon has is only limited by the current level you the player have. When you level up you gain the ability to raise its level more until it hits the cap again.

You can do this with every pokemon on every level you reach as long as you have the stardust and candy. Take it from a beta tester.

Just be sure for the love of logic if you have to buy anything from the store do not get pokeballs.

You get plenty of pokeballs from pokestops alone. It would be an utter waste of cash/coins. Plus the more you progress you can get great/ultra balls from pokestops.

If you have to spend on anything, get the XP eggs to double your XP growth every 30 minutes, an incubator if you have a shitload of eggs, or more space for your pokemon/items.

Also another Beta tester tip, Master Balls are supposed to exist, but it might not be unlockable until much later in the levels, if they have not removed it at all that is.

Private neighborhood if its not nigger town. rich people are drunk/asleep now. as long it isn't gated, or you can walk in by foot, worse comes to worse, you get kicked out and told to never come back. you have to be trespassed before you can be arrested. so basically you get trespassed, and if you go back after that, THEN they can take you to the pokey. just remember all the places you've been trespassed from and you're good.

Dude I went out longboarding and saw at least 15+ people cruising around my neighborhood all catching pokemon. Plus I live in AK where it's more common to see a redneck out and about instead of a bunch of nerds/shut ins/your typical pokemon player, but GO has changed that I guess. It's catching on ridiculously quick here. Anyways the point I'm trying to make is soon there'll be trainers roaming the streets with you and you won't look like a freak. That is until the excitement finally dies down. I hope it won't though because running into people, catching pokemon, and meeting up at pokestops in real life is probably the coolest experience I've had with a game like this.
