You have a job? cause here's my idea. Go get a job doing some honest hard work. Go find a construction company, or a paving crew, or something. I got a shitty job where I work my ass off with manual labour 11-15 hours a day. Shit sucks to do, but the feeling of fulfillment, and knowing that you're helping, that you're contributing to society, (and the decent pay) is worth it. I don't care if you're not physically fit, neither am I. If they want workers, they'll find something for you to do. The work is hard, so you sleep well, there's always something going on to distract you, and, as long as you pull your weight, your coworkers are probably gonna be really nice. You don't have to be the "construction worker type", I'm nowhere near that, but I stick out like a sore thumb, but the working hard together really makes you fit in. It'll be better than you think, and It'll help more than you know.
