Hold in there anon. You should eat carrots AND tomatoes at least a couple of times a week as well as a few dairy products (cheese, yoghurt, etc.) a couple of times a weel also. That plus the daily lemon/lime should have you covered in terms of very basic nutrition. For daily needs you need fat, carbs and protein. Fat usually isn't a problem in most Western diets so really the thing if you're a poor fag is getting some protein, while yes you can do mostly without for prolongued periods of time generally not having it, this is the stuff that makes you weaker long term. Personally I like peas but beans are the go to stuff in surviving rough times diets. That with some dairy will mostly cover you but still I'd try for at least some animal protein (even if it's low quality stuff like franks or chicken tenders) a couple of times a week.

This is provissionla of course, a bad diet can weaken you severely specially in terms of mental health, you really need to figure a way to get decent meals consistently as soon as you can. Best of luck to you.

We have a mandatory 1 year service, but due to the armed forces being so small, it's basically a competition to serve a year for (almost) free... It was not like that when I served (7-8 years ago).
