I've only seen the same video as everyone else. From that video, it seems evident that they had him pinned down and that he was shot execution style in the back of the head. He did not appear to be in any position to overwhelm the officers. My gut reaction would be to have the police officer that did the shooting publicly hanged. However, he has a right to trial that will probably find him innocent no matter what evidence they find. If further evidence shows the cops were in danger so be it, but what we have looks like it was pure murder.

I've watched the video 50 to 60 times. It just does not show what you really need to see: a view of the right arm, or at least right side of his body, in the 2 to 5 seconds before he is shot.

If his right arm is engaged in struggle and going near that gun- especially if it's AFTER the cop shouted "gun"- then there is no case against the police.

The "evidence" we have so far is a few videos that do not show the important stuff. The store video will hopefully show more.
