Eat like 4-5 times a day but small meals and avoid fried foods. Do like 10-15 minutes of cardio every gym sesh. It's rather grueling but it works. My brother lost like 22 pounds over the course of a month just eating healthy and working out so it's perfectly doable.

Food choices go for:
Brown rice, brown bread if you're a bread eater, add some broccoli asparagus to your meals, grilled cheese does wonders with some brown rice. Canned tuna is also great if you're into that. Add some lemon onion and corn to it and you have a meal. Have a serving or half a serving of cottage cheese before bed. Buy some protein if you have the money, you need 1 g for every pound you weigh ideally. Get the simple stuff without any added shit.

As far as finding a partner that fits that bill i am looking for the same thing. Their existence depends entirely up to you. Find a girl you like just don't put yourself out there too much. Leave a little room for mystery. The biggest mistake i made with my ex is that i put myself out there too much and just threw myself into the relationship. She knew nearly everything about me and we barely hooked up. The next year and a half consisted of her ungrateful ass demanding more and more. If i were a little more relaxed and stuck true to who i really am then i would not have had these problems. She may not have been the chosen one as i initially believed but things would have surely gone smoother. Think about relationships as jobs, as a career. You're not gonna do great the first time around and shit won't get perfect the second time. If you apply yourself and keep your eyes open you will find someone suited and know how to make it right.

This is good advice. Keep hitting the gym, or at least get a set of 30lb dumbbells from Walmart. For food, mix it up. "Eat the rainbow" as they say. Green, red, purple, Radishes, Spinach, Broccoli, Beets, Carrots. And for protein, you can get cheap. Tuna is good if you do it right, in egg noodles, or on salad, Eggs are great, and ground beef is good too. For bread, Only eat Rye. No white, no wheat, none of that multigrain shit, Eat Rye. I lost 80lbs in 5 months eating this way.
