I think the anon is talking about how the right legs knee is to far up on the leg, i guess, making it appear that if she were to straighten her leg it would have an extreme curve to it.
You might have accidentally tried to place both the knees at the same heighr without thinking about how the bone structure for each leg in those positions were supposed to work.
