I have a Mosin Nagant, can confirm that I would prefer it to any 5.56 platform as long as I don't have to clear rooms with it (and I probably won't). Reaches farther and hits multiple times harder, the five round magazine is no problem seeing as I can load a stripper clip in very quickly and I'm not slow with the bolt, my rifle is a 1928 ex-dragoon from Izhevsk and the machining is great, everything is smooth.
