I had this. I've had everything in this thread:

>frenulum was too tight

For the actual opening of the foreskin, I made a little device out of a paperclip and some rubber bands. I wore it every night for a week (had to sleep on my back). That fixed that problem.

For the frenulum, I used a binder clip (smallest you can get), hung a string from it, attached it to my frenulum and then stole a few of those weights you might have seen in science class that you use with the lever scale or whatever. I can't remember what weight I used but it was the second to least heavy one.

Anyway, you can't do that one when you're sleeping of course. You've got to be standing so I wore it during the day basically. Kind of uncomfortable but it stretches the frenulum.

Once all of that was sorted out, the "dick cheese" thing just sort of fixed itself. Could pull the foreskin back and give it a good washing.

As for the head of the penis being too sensitive, I got circumcised. Actually, more than anything else, that's what really worked to solve all my problems. My dick's 10/10 now.
