If a guy has various feminine traits, then he can still be a man, but Id definitely consider them less masculine than someone without as many feminine traits; I see this part like an identity spectrum and just because they have names now doesnt change anything about that.

Im more descriptive when it comes to language, so Im fine with people using gender to refer to identity. That said, I just think its useful in general to have more words for different ideas (whether theyre real or not.)
