Well, let's see: Wings wouldn't be too hard, use prosthetics and attach to neurons and wire to existing nerve tissue. Scales are essentially very hard fingernails, being made of keratin, so they might be a little hare to do. To make the body able to fly, you'd need to hollow out the bones, create a large wingspan, and essentially become a bird with your organ structure. Fire breath could be done with methane and some sort of natural sparking mechanism in the mouth, maybe caused by the tongue, although that might be removed for safety reasons. Not really. It's a small edit. Edits can be anything from correcting some pixels here or there, to trying to reduce the pixel blurring in a jpeg, to recoloring something, to redrawing 50% of a drawing to fix glaring mistakes.
Sure, wiping away a small number of pixels is a paltry thing. Or recoloring the eyes of an anthro because you don't like that the colors are hetero-chromatic.
The very definition of edit "to alter, adapt, or refine especially to bring about conformity to a standard or to suit a particular purpose" show that while it would be dumb to consider someone drawing angry eyebrows on a picture of a historical figure to be any "real" sort of edit, it's still an edit.
Sure, editing out the piercings like I have done is trivial. Nothing. I've changed, at most, less than 7-8% of the total picture. But I changed it. I made an edit. Regardless of how well I did, I edited the picture. Claiming that I didn't edit it because I didn't re-do the entire drawing to fix every mistake is just whinging about the semantics of words.

About why you laughed at the word edit, not my small changes as opposed to massive ones. I made an edit. Subtle, but I changed the appearance to be different than the original, as per my own stupid wishes.
Have "proper" edit, more . This one is a bit more pronounced. And I didn't even need to remove any piercings.
