Posting here because last thread is now gone. So I was looking for advice on how to achieve a trap like body. So I used to be overweight, around 260lbs. I'm now 206lbs and mainly got here from cutting down on eating and sleeping all day. I walked here and there but not too much. I want to do something about this and change my body. I have loose skin, cellulite in thighs and ass as well as stretch marks that can be seen when I suck my stomach in. What can I do to fix this? Is it too late or is there still time to redeem myself? Do like 100 squats a day for a week, if that doesn't burn enough do them with weights. Just get a big enough ass that it doesn't matter. Also, ride a bike 15+ miles when possible, it peaks your metabolism crazy fast. Your skin will catch up at some point, but as far as I know you can't do much about stretch marks
