I've struggled since my early 20s, probably. Have never acted on the urge despite raising stepdaughters. How I managed was binges of eating delicious pizzas, interspersed with periods of horrible guilt that had me get rid of all my pizza delivery phone numbers. I've maintained healthy-ish relationships with women, but have to work hard to keep my eyes averted when a delicious slice walks by.
