what is a comfy winter country.
USA has some good spots, but I feel more northern locations could be super winter and yet liveable.
I'm talking Fairbanks Alaska where it is cold and dark and snowy. But would want more snow like Valdez Alaska.
I'm thinking Canada, Norway, Sweeden, Finland and Russia.
