Customer service told me to give him his refund. He then gave me negative feedback. Customer service told me to be better at customer service.

Either buy a new MacBook and send it to the guy who was supposed to get the MacBook, or don't do anything about the situation and hope to prime Jesus that the MacBook guy wont be chasing you with a lawsuit, which judging from your obvious lack of bills in your pocket, would send your ass hurling onto the streets for a long ass time.

Just get him a new MacBook. At least you wouldn't loose too much, you'd still end up with some bills in your wallet.
