It's fine if you don't do more than 300 mg. I like 100mg Tramadol + 10mg Valium. Do that dose once, and another one of the same an hour or two later. Gives a nice relaxed buzz.

Need somewhat urgent advice guys.

Long story short - I have been hooked on 4mg of klonopin a day for about a year now, it has started to damage my body and mind so i talked to my doctor about switching benzos to reduce the side effects if nothing else.

The doc said says that Valium would be the best option for me to switch over to, said she has an equivalence chart or something so she left.

Then her nurse comes in and it says to take -

" 7.5mg of Valium 3 times a day "

Now that adds up to 22.5mg of valium total, and from everything i have read on the internet, it sounds that i am anywhere from 20-60mg of valium short?


She said i could call her if i felt something was wrong but i have to wait until monday at least to have any hope of reaching her.....
