>>690661665
Yeah.
dvd's didnt even exist then, not everyone had vcr's and vhs movies cost about $40
They ended up getting left at an ex's house I think...
>>690661936
that sucks man.
>>690662011
It's al good, I have digital copies of them and many more.
I have about 800 gig of zoo stuff.
>>690661936
>dvd's didnt even exist then
I bet they wouldn't have. I haven't seen one in forever cause my dad was like
>WE NEED DVDSSS!!!
I miss the static noises that came from the tv, the high pitched whining and crackles sometimes (it would piss me off but I miss it now)
Holy smokes the nostalgia in this thread is intense
>>690662240
Skipping parts is so much easier now, just click on the slider. no fast forward, no rewind..
And I'm off to my shop for a while i think.
>>690662324
I was born at the tail end of all this hahaha
>>690662523
Have fun, be safe!
Be kind. please rewind.

I was raised about a decade behind the times for the first 15 years of my life. There are still a ton of cassette tapes floating around my house. And VHS'... and records...
Fuck, my family didn't even get a computer until 2008
>>690662918
Kids today will never know the pain of putting in a tape and seeing the credits on the screen.

>Kids today will never know the pain of putting in a tape and seeing the credits on the screen
Those feels man, I remember I wanted to watch a new movie I'd never seen before when i was younger (think it was the lion king) so disappointing that I had to watch it all in fast reverse
>>690663084
>my family didn't even get a computer until 2008
And I thought we were weird for being the only family on the block without a motorized lawnmower, a dish washer or clothes washer and dryer. Yet I had a Sinclair ZX, several TRShits and PC Jr before I ended up on the DOStel tit.
>>690663679
I remember the pain of those tapes fucking up in the VCR and you praying that they would still work.
>>690664071
Didn't have a dishwasher in the house until '10. Didn't have a working one until '
Motorized lawnmower as in a riding mower? Or a gas powered push mower. Didn't get a working riding more until a few months ago.
>>690664545
I had to push a mower like a fisher price corn popper with bunch of rolled scythes that went shwsh-shwsh-shwsh-shwsh-shwsh.
>>690665141
Ah man, I've always wanted one of those.
>>690664866
that face tho
>>690665423
They're a bitch to get through anything over 6 inches and our house was in a semi-wetland area so the grass was always thick and luxuriant. I always wanted powered up version like the one from the Lawnmower Man to get revenge on that spring grass.
>>690666003
I know that feel. Where my house is used to be a swamp. Hell, anything past 6 inches and the motorized push mower couldn't even get through it. Had to set it as high as possible and slowly lower it down with each pass through.
Really good soil for gardening though, I must admit.

>"I'd like some good bottomland."
>"Bottomland?"
>"Yes. That's the best for farming, isn't it?"
>"Oh, some people say yes, and some people say no."
>"But what do you say?"
>"Uh, I'm inclined to agree with them."
>>690668523
The answer is always no. Floods something awful in the spring, have to wait forever to be able to get anything into the ground, so it evens out the sped up growth.
I went canoeing down my street a few years ago.

I work by the beach all day, it was quite pleasant. And there's an awesome breeze right now, so I cruised today.
>>690673341
Howdy.
>>690673192
G'day
>>690673442
Heyo Weebs.
Anyone got that comic of a squirrel that gets turned into an anthropological squirrel and fucks some dude, then he wakes up with the (now back to normal) squirrel on his dick ?
>>690673437
That sounds so nice man. It was like 105 at my place today and it sucked.
Still managed to run and hit the gym but it was ass
>>690673681
Whoa whoa whoa. Hold on a sec.
There's a comic with an *anthropological* squirrel???
>>690673737
Guh, yeah, it only hit about 90 at the beach, and our AC stayed functional.
>>690673819
or maybe it was just a normal squirrel, I just assumed that was happening based on the last page of the comic because that's all that gets posted.
>>690673885
So jealous. I think we had AC on most of the day and it'll probably be on most of the night
>>690674006
I know exactly thew image you're talking about but I had no idea it was a comic.
>>690673801
I miss old Adam Wan's work
>>690674006
I'm losing my spaghetti over her. You meant anthropomorphic right? Because I'm having a serious brain explosion trying to envision an anthropological squirrel.
>>690674116
I'm pretty sure I remember seeing a little [ END ] or page number at the bottom of the image
PAWJOBS EDITION
>>690674279
Hahaha yeah that's what I meant, I always get those words mixed up.
