Ooh, it's new one!
So how's things, Reimu?
>>690167951
Teehee.
>>690168234
Pretty good, I guess. I pretty much just played Starbound all day.
Hello Reimu!
>>690168262
Trying to avoid being seen?
>>690168356
I'm jealous.
What a trixy little Shrines maiden you are!
>>690167951
So you're a university student? :3
>>690168459
Yep! I'm technically in my second year, but I've been here a little longer than that...
>>690168405
Hi there! How was your... er... yesterday?
>>690168430
Oh? Why's that?
Also, I wasn't hiding. Just having a little break and watching the thread squirm.
>>690168743
For the next 3 weeks I'm doing basically nothing but work, aside from small breaks. Mistakes were made, and now I'm dealing with it.
>>690168988
Oh my... finals week or something like that?
>>690168430
>>690168743
You can totally play starbound with us!
Oh right you said you didn't have time for anything..
>>690168736
I see.. well if you heard my school story you'd slap me for being dumb!
>>690167473
I'm a big girl, decent personality and have a crush on a married dude. what do?
>>690168743
Yesterday I found out that caffeine makes me sleepy and then I spent the whole day either asleep or almost asleep.
>>690168459
Marisaaa~
Actually I'm still super sleepy
>>690169094
I had some trouble earlier on in the year so I had to arrange to take my exams and stuff in the summer instead. I thought I'd have until August, but then they turned around on Monday and told me that I have until the beginning of July.
>>690169205
Why's that?
I'm actually not here, but if I do get trips/special dubs, please donate them to somebody!
>>690169611
You kind of called that one.
>>690169275
Put your energy into finding someone else or bettering your life in some way. Even if he's willing to cheat on her with you, or leave her for you, it sets up a pattern for all kinds of drama that you want no part of.
>>690169294
It makes you sleepy... weird... at this point it has no effect on me at all, but that's because I've overused it my whole life.
>>690169294
That's because you're having caffeine on an empty stuck.
>>690169294
Millieee~
>>690169339
I quit the last week of my four years.. for reasons.....
>>690169611
YUKI YOU LITTLE...
Murder!!!!
>>690169339
Ouch... I hate surprises like that.
>>690169611
Oh no, it's a ghost! Everyone stay back, I'll take care of this!
heres your bump
>>690169896
That must have sucked.
>>690170086
Yeah, which means a lot of work for me.
*What a magnanimous dispensation! Another one of those threads!*
Hey everyone!
>>690167473
Hello,
I would like to ask how does one know if he is ready to get into a relationship?
Thanks
>>690170024
H-Hey now Parsee.. no need for those kinds of allegations!
>>690170423
Eeeh.. Mistakes you learn to live by!
>>690170445
I was always going to make another one. The night is still young, after all.
>>690170492
Hey there!
>>690170531
Oh no, its a curse! Everyone stay back, I'll take care of this!

>>690170531
CURSE CURSE CURSE CUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURSE!!!
>>690170783
It happens I suppose. I'm just kind of hoping I don't fail or things will get a little tricky for me.
>>690170742
When you have enough going for you in life that you feel happy and complete all on your own and don't rely overly much on another person to bring you happiness.
If you don't look at things as "a gf will save me from this misery" then you're probably in a good place.
>>690170941
You won't die, you'll just vanish in a cloud of gold sparkles and then re-emerge later feeling friendly and ready to have tea with me.
...that's what my games taught me anyway.
>>690170850
*But i'm pretty sure to have seen one of your messages in the previous thread where you said that you wanted to avoid creating another thread due to what happened in the first, oh well, maybe it was just someone writing messages pretending to be you.*
>>690170850
How are you?

>>690171298
That was an impostor, yeah. One of them was the real me, but which one?
>>690171353
Pretty well, I guess. Most of my threads have been good, although we're missing one or two people who made things livelier.
Other than that, I've just been playing games lately and working on something I enjoy.
>>690170783
But the meat is fresh.
>>690171169
What kind of tea? This is the important part.
>>690172024
I prefer Chai latte myself.
>>690171404
Reroll.
>>690171852
Thats good. What are you working on?
>>690171856
Hey Parsee.
Oh, thought there wasn't going to be another thread
Hey all

Hello Aya. Wait is this the same one I know?

-J
>like some anon

>>690172410
Good answer, too good...did you cheat and ask anyone what tea I liked?
I'm partial to Chai too, with a little bit of milk.
I think I like it enough to come back from the cloud of gold sparkles, even.
>>690172459
Game tiles and sprites. It's become a thing I can make a little money from at this point, and I love it.

Nope, it's been my favorite ever since I had a cup of it at Starbucks once, because I don't like coffee and it was my first time being there.
After that I started buying my own and making it at home.
>>690172748
I'm sorry to hear that. It really sucks when things like that happen.
>*pats*
The lewd is here!
>>690172858
What if I still am, and just decided to make a thread of my own? Hehehe.
You'll never know until the other fakes start rising up from their pods, and then it's too late...

Yeah, it's probably best to just separate yourself from him until you don't feel that way anymore, when you have your own stuff going on.
Hearing from him, seeing what's going on in his life, is only gonna keep making you jealous and sad now.

>>690174276
I believe it's the derogatory term for MOBAs.
>>690173585
>>690173827
Hell yeah
>>690174108
Good to see you too!
>>690174434
That's what you should focus your energy on then. Remember, in a relationship it's important to be able to be a complete person on your own before you enter into it. That way it'll be healthy, and neither of you will be depending on the other too much.
>>690174266

In my experience, most trolls desperate enough to try the old impersonation gag aren't really dedicated enough to analyze their target that much. They usually end up being pretty obvious.
But aside from that, as long as a Reimu spreads love and is a nice person, I don't care if they do. If they don't, then it's obviously not me.

>>690176041
Not for myself, at least. Back when I first came here, during a period that was lovingly referred to as Die Alice Krieg, there were lots of those. Usually one-shots, but sometimes, especially in the case of Old Alice, they'd stick around for a while and try to make their own threads and stuff.
A lot of us got so good at picking out her filenames and writing style that we could tell instantly if it was an impostor or not, and when we saw an Alice thread, we would convene on whether it was a legitimate one or not.

I wake up at 5;40, I am home at about 18:00-19:00 and I go to sleep at 21:00.
I guess some of them do but most have been there much longer than me.
right now the hours are a lot, the money is very very very few (about 1/5 of minimum wage) not allowed to have a specific healthcare but my job's and even to have facial hair I need to have special permissions.
>>690177897
Try to guess by the above :P
>>690177080
Deep breathing exercises can help, it's something you can do in a lot of situations. Excuse yourself to the bathroom or something and spend some time just breathing in and out, slower and slower.
Also, imagine situations that you're anxious about. Think of what's the worst case scenario that could happen, the most embarrassing one that you're trying to avoid.
Imagine it over and over again, and it might increase your anxiety for a bit, but eventually you'll realize that that scenario is silly and over-exaggerated, won't happen.
Both of those are things that were recommended to me by a therapist. They worked pretty well for me.
>>690177150
I'm sorry but I can't read that. Can you greentext it or something?
>>690177258
It might be a good idea to start looking for a new one and have it sort of lined up so you can quit if things get better.

>>690177500
Patchouli and Remi are the most fun in that game!
Now I haven't pulled a 1cc in EoSD either, because I can't stay focused and awake for the duration of an entire round.
Patchouli's level is one that you can play with your eyes closed, for the most part. Everything happens exactly the same.
If you're unsure of what comes next, go to the left side. all the patterns start on the left or are symmetrical.
Kill fairies before they lay down the bullet spawner things, and learn to bomb. If you're on windows, consider installing the vsync patch alongside the hitbox patch.
Patchouli's patters change depending on if you play Reimu or Marisa, which one are you playing?
>>690178648
> I am techincally not allowed to leave my job unless they find me mental ill or incapable of working
What? How did that happen? I've never heard of such a thing.
>>690178251
How are you getting paid so little, too? This whole thing sounds illegal.
Alright Anon. I need an outside voice.
I'm 32. I have the a good job, though it isn't what I really want to be doing with my life. That said, it makes excellent money. I married my dream girl. She is pregnant. We purchased her dream house here, and recently purchased a great apartment in Hong Kong, where she's from.
The problem is, I constantly feel like I want to run the fuck away. Run the fucking fuck away. I wake up, and it's a coin flip whether or not I'll want to strangle myself with my sheets.
The major things I've given up, really, is my bachelor lifestyle. I used to travel the world and fuck interesting women, fall in love with someone, and see and experience everything I wanted. I liked escorts and prostitutes. My wife is my ideal body type and personality type, but monogamy is a necessity for her.
All I really want to do is fly to Hong Kong and fuck 50 women.
I don't know. Is this life, now? What do I do, weaboo advice giver.
>>690179585
That's the funny part, leaving it is more illegal than staying
>>690178251
*Would they allow you to have long hair.*
>>690179815
staying is more legal than leaving*
>>690179838
nope, it has to lower than my fingers if I put my fingers through my hair
-Mr. Dapper Snake
>>690179754
Even if she's right for you in a lot of ways, ultimately it comes down to whether or not you're able to accept monogamy. This could be a temporary thing, sort of between quarter-life and mid-life crisis, or you could be just the type of person who prefers polyamory deep down.
I'd suggest talking it out deeply with a therapist to find out which of those things it may be. If it turns out you can't be happy with the way things are, or the way they will be from here on out, you're not gonna have a happy marriage. But she's pregnant, which complicates things a lot. Maybe it's the idea of having a kid that's giving you the impulse to run. I'm not saying you should necessarily run, but you need to figure out the root of the problem and see if it's something you can come to terms with and change before you make that decision.
>>690178251
Until your circumstances change, I can't imagine living happy the way you are now.
I would say, with those 2-3 hours you have, to spend a tiny fraction (like 20 minutes even) of that time doing something you find really fulfilling. But after a long and hard day, I can hardly imagine finding the motivation for that.
My only suggestion would be to do whatever you can to get out of what you are caught up into now.
>>690179545
*Indeed, in fact the main issue is not the stage but Patchouli herself, i have tried playing with both Reimu and Marisa and i find much easier beating her with Reimu, i'd like to use her over Marisa but i'm really bad at playing as Reimu so i will probably die while trying to reach her stage. So either i find a way to beat her as Marisa or just suck it up and learn to play as Reimu.*
>>690179815
Are you in the military, maybe?
>>690180590
Therapy is out. She won't accept me doing it, and won't accept her doing it. It's a cultural difference.
As far as the rest, those are my thoughts as well. Just wait and see, and be miserable everyday in the meantime.
>>690180652
Try the other bullet pattern Reimu, she's slighly more Marisa.
Though she doesn't have homing bullets and her bombs don't do much damage, just clear the screen.
I die more at cirno than I do at Patchouli to be honest
>>690180835
Correct
>>690180599
If I leave, I will never get the chance to have a proper job in my country, it's almost impossible to get a good job even if you have majors if you didn't serve the full time you are wanted to serve
>>690180947
She can't keep you from going to see a therapist, Anonymous. I'm sure there's some way you could do it privately-- if ever there was a reason to lie to your spouse, that would be it. Online therapy sessions are a thing too, so that might be something to look into.
That said, I can't think of any other good options in this scenario other than waiting and trying to figure things out for yourself, but it's kind of hard to do therapy on yourself. I hope things get better for you, anyway.
>>690181197
That's really miserable.
The way I make the best out of a miserable situation is to look at the humor of it. To make a game out of things. And to be creative with my misery.
>>690181197
In that case, your only option for now is to wait out the period you signed on for, I think. I'm sorry it didn't turn out the way you'd hoped, but desertion probably isn't a good idea, so what else can you do?
Just remember things will get better someday, it's not forever. And your experience, and the fact that you served, might put you in a better position to do well in life after that. As I understand it, they'll pay for you to further your education after you're out, right?
I am back. I was getting flooded with shitposting. So i abandoned.
>>690181836
Yeah, but I don't really care about money, I care about not being in control over myself. for example if I get a day off because I got sunstroke I will go on a trial for damaging army property (I am the army property)
>>690181823
I guess, I am trying to make the hours more sufferable
>>690181178
*This is actually a good advice since i never even tried to use her other patter, anyway don't feel too bad about it, sometimes i die on her stage too due to the kamikaze birds (That's how i call them) plus in my opinion EoSD is much harder than other games, i have tried PCB and IN so far and i had no problems with them, but EoSD and the fourth stage of that game are my personal hell.*
I am feeling in pure ectasis.
-J
>>690182387
Even so, you'll be free after a certain period of time to regain control of your life. After that, it's all your decision from then on. Try and make friends, do whatever you can to pass the time and make the best of a bad situation. It'll all get better once you're done, so you pretty much just have to last that long.
>>690182387
I hope you figure out a way to make the hours happier, then. Imagination is a powerful device.

Think of it as the perfect time to practice. There's not a lot of entertaining things you can do to pass the time while you're working-- that applies to any job. That's why a lot of people chat with their coworkers, because it's literally the only source of entertainment they have at work.
Why do you think people don't want to be around you though? What sorts of things do they do?

Many people lack that "just do it" motivation nowadays.
>>690183134
The fact that I use my imagination to be creative with my misery tells you all you really need to know about me.
Please listen to Reimu about how to be a constructive member of society by getting over your shyness of talking to people.

We need more people like that in life.
>>690171012
Not OR but what if you feel like the misery will never end unless you're with someone? I used to be happy while alone, but as time goes on it just gets worse.
>>690184339
I could have been a constructive member to society, but I got demoted from everything I should have been working on. I am in the progress of fighting it but I will probably get bitchslapped again
>>690183835
Could be because of your shyness. People interpret a quiet or shy person in a lot of ways-- sometimes, they think you don't like them because you're not as chatty as them, or whatever.
Practicing chatting people up, and going from small talk to real talk could brighten things up for you. Although, if you have suicidal thoughts, you may want to talk to a psychiatrist or something. That's usually a sign of depression, and you may be able to get help or even possibly get out honorably. I'm not terribly familiar with how military structures work, but it seems to me like they'd wanna keep you at your best since a suicidal soldier is dangerous for the unit.

I want to lick your feet, ME-tan.

Thank god for people like Shia Labeouf, the actual madman did it.
>>690184572
Maybe if you could buy bottles of motivation or something
>>690184803
I am trying to make an appointment for a psychologist for a week, it doesn't seem to be adding up to the system, I didn't get a date yet which means it will probably take a month or more
>>690184891
The actual madman did it.
>>690184897
I wish.
>>690184597
A lot of people feel that way, which is why you have so many ">tfw no gf" threads and stuff like that.
But the fact is, you have to learn to be happy while you're alone first. If you were before, and you're not now, it just means you have more to work on. A significant other will never solve all your problems-- it may seem like it would, temporarily, but there are a lot more problems that come WITH being in a relationship than it solves. It's a battle in which you fight to maintain open communication with someone, supporting them with their problems (but not fixing them, that's something you can't do from the boyfriend/girlfriend seat) and generally helping them toward their goals while they help you with yours.
But you have to have those goals, and you have to have been willing to pursue them with or without another person, because people come and go. If you don't have a solid foundation before you start, you'll end up lingering for longer than is healthy when it's time for the relationship to be over, and that time will come much faster because you didn't start from a healthy place.
