I don't know exactly where it all went wrong.
I'm disappointed in my nation.
>>
>>690115265
Not sure what your getting at. It's not like we're leaving our allies to the fucking Nazis, we're leaving the EU but are still in NATO and the U.N. When Germany decides it's time to remove the kebab we'll help them out.
>>
>>690116471
Europe was fucked, it was in the shit and needed everyone to band together, which we did

now we're chickening out becauase it's getting difficult

It's not fucking british
>>
>>690116763
So we're supposed to continue propping up a failing Union out of principal? I hate this 'We're Britain, we're not quitters!' rhetoric the Remain side are spouting. You're allowed to leave a bad relationship after 40 years.
>>
>>690117031
Fine, so we leave, then we have to wait 2 years (article 50) before we find out how fucked we are
>>
>>690117031
Leave it for what? I'll trust what we have over anything Boris, Nigel and Gove can negotiate, they'll have us fucked over by Europe and turned into the rest of the world's bitch. They can't even get their figures straight on an established number, useless cunts.
>>
>>690117721
It's not like we'll have to sit around for 2 years twiddling our thumbs. We'll make our deals and prepare. Not saying it'll all be smooth sailing but this isnt for the present, it's for the future.
>>
>>690117923
So the sole reason you dont want to leave is you dont like our current political establishment? What happens in ten years or so when a PM and House you DO like is handcuffed by the EU?
>>
Your under the impression we have already left the EU. My political sauces tell me we will stay in the EU, however it will be very close but never the less the news papers are wrong, most of them belong to Rupert Murdock and can't be trusted. Don't buy into the hype.
>>
>>690118084
>We'll make our deals and prepare

We can't. We aren't allowed. While the negotiations are going on we WILL have to sit twiddling our thumbs while our fate is decided. We will be in a 2-year limbo, unable to talk to anyone, because the people we would want to tall to will have no knowledge of what state we're going to be in when the two years are up?

Also, who the fuck wants to trade with a country that just runs away from their problems?
>>
Time to go. Leave the abusive relationship. The house of cards will tumble soon enough.
>>
>>690118382
You can't even spell Sources.

The Sun backing the leave campaign more or less secured the remain win. They backed labour in the last election, If I recall.

"I once asked Rupert Murdoch why he was so opposed to the European Union. 'That’s easy,' he replied. 'When I go into Downing Street they do what I say; when I go to Brussels they take no notice.'
>>
>>690118483
>Also, who the fuck wants to trade with a country that just runs away from their problems?
What on earth are you talking about? This is high school. China isnt going to resist going steady with us because we didnt go to the dance with Europe. Jesus.
>>
>>690118795
>China

stop talking
>>
>>690118795
isn't high school*
>>
>>690118249
Of course not, I'm very much pro European, think it's because I'm northern Irish so more socialist at heart.

I don't want to see further privatisation of our public services and believe it would be economic suicide. Alongside that have you actually looked at the exit criteria, there is no way on earth we are going to get any of what is being touted by the Brexit crowd, how would it be in their interests to let us get out easy? And I don't believe the trade deficit argument it's minimal at best and in fact works the other way when you bring the service sector into the debate. (Something specifically excluded from the EU's trade agreement with Canada).
>>
>>690118795
Have you looked at how China deals with other countries? Look at their decision to Apple today for an example. It's 100% on china's terms or get fucked.
>>
>>690115265

Fuck the EU. Vote Leave!!!!
>>
>>690119103
Immigration is stretching our public services to breaking point.
>>
>>690119103
N.I is 98% white British, of course you dont see the problem with remaining.
>>
You know what I hate most about this? That it's a referendum. That Cameron is such a weak leader who can't hold his fucking party together he's just gone "oh well, let the people decide" as if we're supposed to know the consequences of Britain suddenly severing all it's trade deals. What the fuck do we pay politicians for if not this?
>>
>>690118608
Quite possibly but throwing our toys out of the pram in a his system fit then trying to renegotiate with our ex partners after leaving will not end well for us. They won't let us off easy and if they were feeling vindictive they could scupper alot of our deals with other nations.

America, China and India care only about #1
>>
>>690119675

I think you'll find there's some dispute about that...
>>

>>
>>690120009
I'll probably just move to N.I where all the white Brits are tbh.
>>
>>690120058

Didn't say it was. I said there is some dispute about if the people in Northern Ireland are British or not.
>>
>>690119821
>he's just gone
No, he hasn't. Farage has been banging on about a referendum for years, and after their slightly positive showing at the last GE, as well as some badgering from some of his own party, he decided to relent and hold one. It was supposed to be nexy year, but was brought forward

> What the fuck do we pay politicians for if not this?

Abso-fucking-lutely, and Richard Dawkins agrees with you. This is not a decision that should be made by the public, we simply aren't qualified or educated enough to make this decision
>>
>>690119589
It's not though, that's a red herring that has been thrown out there.

1. EU migrants are net contributors
2. EU migrants are predominantly Young with low levels of dependents
3. Immigration is a by product of a growing economy, it's always been that way you need workers to feed the economy.
>>
>>690120148

Literally the worst of both countries. Think Macclesfield or Rhyl but the chavs ride horses for some reason.
>>

>>
>>690120222
trips speak the truth.

Migrants generally put more money into our economy than they get out
>>
>>690120148
Wouldn't recommend it, they're highly reliant on EU funding (although the dumb cunts don't realise it). They also have a much larger public sector employment ratio than the rest of the UK around 25%
>>
>>690120222

Basically. The native British are a rapidly aging population, the economy needs workers.
>>
>>690120222

>>
>>690120350
yeah. Even though I think immigration has been too high in recent years (any Leicester anons, ever taken a walk down Sparkenhoe Street or Evington Lane? Shit's ridiculous) it's moronic to think that leaving the EU will magically halt immigration - besides, it's migration from outside the EU we need to worry about. I'm fine with Poles and Latvians coming here to do jobs our young people won't do - what I'm more worried about is the Somalis, Pakistanis and Eritreans coming, having shitloads of kids and not participating in our national life.

Try not voting fucking Tory if you want improvement in your public services. They've ran them ragged, ask your mum about budgets and ever increasing targets for teachers.

Both my wife and I are higher end tax payers and get private health care through our companies have 0 dependents so do alright, however I would never vote Tory as that isn't the type of society I want to live in.

The thing people forget is that eastern Europeans are generally how we are with Oz it's a bit of fun to go work for a couple of years but they've no intention of settling long term (although inevitably some always do). The Tory party is dirtier today than at any time since Thatcher.

>>
>>690122821

That he's a fucking moron who's only runs on base feelings and no idea what's good for his country. What tool would want America to trade with a single nation import-based economy with a strong currency OVER a continent-sized federated trading bloc. That has Germany in it.

>>
>>690118483
>We can't. We aren't allowed.
This is hilarious because it's 100% wrong. It's the EU restricting trade with everyone else. Yes we are fucking allowed to make deals. The commonwealth have already decided they're with us. If remain want to keep spouting the "muh togetherness" bollocks then we'll be together with the countries we used to own, not scabby Europe.
>>
>>690123317
Fuck NATO if there is one thing we should be getting out of its that. Fuckers are going to keep goading Russia and China until they start hurling nukes.

>From our POV, we fund NATO. Without us, it wouldn't exist. Fuck y'all. Pay up or you don't deserve our protection. We're not your parents. Protect your own damn selves.

See that's America's attitude, and frankly the reality. The UK is better swallowing it's pride and going with Europe. At least with Europe it can throw it's weight around a bit.
>>
>>690123544
Have they? Fairly sure Australia, Canada and new Zealand have all said they'd prefer us to remain. The only other commonwealth countries worth mentioning are canada and India. India pretty much loves and hates us in equal measure.

Malaysia / Singapore are more interested in China and the remaining countries are all developing or third world or war torn shit holes.
>>
>>690123656
fucking this
NATO has allowed the nations of Europe to spend less on defence than at any time in history because of American strength. If it weren't for NATO we'd all be food for Putin, no doubt. This is why I will always back staying in NATO and paying our fair share on the defence budget.
>>
>>690115265
Protect europe? Lmfao protecting europe was just a method to ensure the enemy couldnt just advance to the islands. It was much more effective to start the fight in france than waiting for the germans to step foot on british soil retard. Though doing all this under the cover of protecting europe earned you lots of good boy points. BREXIT
>>

>morons think we can have trade deals without red tape and immigration

>Britain enters EEC in 1973
>some 1.5 million were now unemployed by 1978, nearly treble the figure of a decade earlier, at a national rate of well over 5%
>it had not fallen below 1 million since 1975
>it has remained ABOVE this level ever since
Thank you, EU. It's all thanks to you.

Half the fucking G20 is in this tiny continent.

Literally the best continent on Earth (sorry Canadia) and Nigel 'I'm not french honest' Farage want's to leave the circlejerk and go fap alone into a bucket of frogspawn.

if only the Raj had done more to prevent the rise of Islamic nationalism in the north-western provinces - then we would never have had an independent Pakistan and a tacit toleration of all the ridiculous bullshit that goes with it like chronic cousin marriage, honour killings, endemic corruption, utter contempt for honesty and ambivalence to authority.
>>
>>690126125

Meanwhile we have a population of 64.1 million. So I'm OK with that.

I'm not anti European but just hate their politicians. They can therefore back off or get told to fuck off

They are little, just red, sweaty and surrounded by jowls.

Oh no. You paid for it. You also paid for Tyrones(or whatever the hell you call your niggers over there) overdose and some lazy faggot to have expensive cancer treatment for smoking 3 packs a day. Or you could be responsible for yourself and your family only like Americans with a sense of responsibility and receive world class care for essentially the same cost except the govt isn't forcing us at gunpoint to pick either shitty or shittier. Glad to hear your ol lady is ok

You mean European leaders or MEP's? Cause you know voting in UKIP or fucking Kilroy to the European parliament wasn't ever going to be a good idea.
>>
>>690126668
I think everyone is ibb agreement that europe needs to change, the argument to me is that it's better to do that from the inside than the outside. Whatever way it goes hopefully the message will be heard by the powers that be.
>>
>>690126761

>essentially the same cost

Wrong. So fucking wrong.
>>
>>690126668
...and we're better placed to do that and be heard within the EU. I quite like the fact that us, Denmark and Estonia get to tell the French and the Germans to go fuck themselves whenever we like in the EU parliament. If we leave we'll be the annoying kids shouting out in the rain while the adults are talking inside.
>>
The only way a truly unified Europe will work is if it is ruled from London with the Queen as head of state.

I see, so "mass unemployment" before was terrible. Even more unemployment now is alright. Sounds good.

And all arguments go like this. Just because we were in times of tribulation before entering due to retarded policies doesn't mean that the EU is our god and savior, if we look at the numbers we can see the decay.

Yeah we paid for it through taxation, which means we only ever pay what we can afford.
And the NH is not charging extra for the shareholders and the board of directors to have another ivory backscratcher.
Enjoy your economic servitude Chad.
>>
>>690126982
amen to that. Until the rest of Europe learns this, though, we need to work on building our influence.
>>
>>690126761

>some lazy faggot to have expensive cancer treatment for smoking 3 packs a day.

No, HE paid for that. And also because of that treatment he got to go on producing and paying. Do you see how it works you braindead myopic savage?

Kek we tried that before after we got rid of that pipsqueak Napoleon

As an American all I do is go to the doctor and don't pay anything usually. That's what insurance is for. And before obamacare it wasn't expensive. But me being a responsible adult I have it. And I like it. And I get world class care without having to worry about if my doctors getting paid enough. Some guy who works for NHS said the nurses can't even get new chairs. Lol. Our doctors offices probably spend millions on chairs alone and can afford it unless they're a shitty govt ran free clinic. Socialized medicine is an epic failure. Also I don't have to pay for junkies that OD in the gutter or some asshole that's eating his way into a 500lb(that's 226.8 kilos you god damn faggots) death
>>
>>690127196
while I completely agree with your sentiment, I'd just ask you not to remind me how much NHS chief executives and directors earn.
Especially when a lot of them can't spell.
>>
America didn't fight in two wars to protect you britbongs from foreign rule just to have you join into this German run Kool Kids Klub that determines your economic legislation.
>>
>>690127137

It's only mass if you don't express it as a percentage of the total population. Right now it's at 5%. Which almost any economist will tell you is fine, and actually close to total employment (they allow for older people soon leaving the workforce and a percentage of people who are just unemployable. Niggers probably).
>>
>>690127491
> some asshole that's eating his way into a 500lb

Your whole country tho bro
>>
>>690127491
the nurses in my department can't get new chairs because our current government is tragically mismanaging the NHS, not because the resources committed to the NHS are inadequate.

come on. For WW2 you have a point, but not for WW1, give us that much credit.
>>
>>690127491

Yeah the thing is the standard of care that goes to the patient is the same. Hospitals are cutting down on amenities rather than care, and they're doing that because the government are deliberately gutting the fucking thing. No program works when a government is determined to fuck it over.

At least I get to go see MY doctor and pay what I CHOOSE to pay and if I don't and wind up having the fee at tax time it's cheaper than insurance so I still have the choice not to pay it at all.

Not if he doesn't work. Then you pay for it. And don't cherry pick the situation too hard. You faggots are paying for a whole lotta bullshit. And now you got a refugee crisis on your hands so you're also paying for when achmed accidentally blows off a finger while he's testing out his bomb making skills.
