I haven't had a proper conversation with anyone for 3 years already, that is, from the beginning of university. Literally nobody ever approached me, not a single time. I know that "I should initiate conversations" but it's a 50/50 situation and surely somebody would initiate it instead of me during all these years. But no, they never did.

Also, my throat starts to hurt when I speak more than usual, like those muscles have weakened. Not to mention that I noticed I speak nasally and sound punchable as fuck, I need to fix that ASAP. It ruined my self esteem even more when I realized that.
