motherload is good money, but not in terms of gp/h
can get cooking gauntlets and get 99 cooking for an easy skillcape and 6-7 easy mil from sharks, or karambwans for 15 mil
also can use blast furnace to smelt steel bars. can make 500k/h even from buying coal and iron, because to smelt with blast furnace you only need 1 coal per iron instead of 2 coals when using traditional furnace
