I like to shallow fry them on a low heat, so that the bottom doesnt go crispy, then using a spoon i like to baste the top of the yolk until it changes color.

Another great way to do eggs is to start fring them on a high heat, and then pour in boiling water, put the heat off, and cover the pan for a couple of minutes.
