Shaman, mid range hunter, miracle rogue and tempo warrior are the best deck ATM.
Out of these, tempo warrior is the only one that consistently plays more than 3 legendaries.

Raid leader and Razorfen hunter are by far the worst cards in your deck.
Cult is sub-optimal since you don't really need any more card adventage but it's still ok sometimes.
The best option is probably to play what everybody else plays and to replace those cards with two imp gang bosses (one of the best card of the deck, BTW) leeroy and a sea giant.
Some cheaper options are Dark-iron dwarves, shattered-sun cleric and doomguards.
