I used to do psychedelics frequently and smoke every day. Now I don't do psychedelics and smoke as often as used to do psychedelics. I use it to reset my frame of mind if I find I'm getting too stressed. It can be a very powerful mindshift if you treat it as a divination plant. I think what you're experiencing is the depersonalization, girlfriend had that for a week after she smoked for a first time, a friend who did pcp took 2 years to shake it, and i hope yours goes away soon.
