There is some Mexican food. But in the US Mexican food is very very common, like Italian places, it's just standard to have tons of restaurants and fast food places. Taco stands, chains, authentic places, everything.
In Canada it's a pretty niche thing, other than fucking Taco Bell which doesn't count obviously.
