they're literally just copies of wacom tablets without the battery-less pen.
that said, you could get like a 4 pack of rechargable AAA just about anywhere, and i doubt you wouldn't even feel the weight difference after like 3 months unless you were a wacom user before or something

which is a shame, really, they could use some proper competition
i had a shitty stylus that used an ultrasonic sensor that clipped onto your laptop screen to emulate a cintiq, but it had no pen pressure, and the batteries died every two or three weeks, and it only took tiny button cells that were annoying to find in stores
needless to say i got a bamboo pen a few months later

it's the reason i'm personally opting for a swivel mount when i chuck up the dosh for a display tablet
