Job regularly tests. I wasn't really smoking prior to it but I smoked a lot in high school and as a young adult. And my job tests by Hair follicle not urine, i.e no faking.

I love my job, its definitely worth quitting weed over (I work for a logistics company). I haven't ever been too entirely dependant on a vice, but alcohol has defintely been a good substitute.

Downside? I don't know really. I just miss the nostalgia of smoking with friends in high school and fucking around and doing drive-thru pranks and such. its strange, I loved getting stoned, but the fact that I did with good friends and had good company and have established a lot of great memories that involve getting stoned with my buddies, i don't actually really miss weed itself. Its just a part of memories I cherish that I won't be able to experience again
