Fluffies are programmed to be all-around good, and don't understand that not everyone loves them. When a human hurts an innocent little baby they are completely flabbergasted - babies are for huggies and wuv, not hurties and saddies! The problem is that fluffies are animals that can talk. They made fluffies with genes from all sorts of animals. You know those things are pretty rare, right? Abandoning runts seems like the kind of animal behavior that might slip through, especially since runts tend to be sickly and short-lived anyway, but most of those are pretty specific to certain animals. Considering the fluffies were designed to be the perfect pets, letting them have the worst properties of each species would be absolutely ludicrous.

In my opinion only innocent fluffies are fun to abuse. If the fluffies were evil I'd just want them gone as soon as possible, and I sure as hell don't want to spend my time getting angry at imaginary creatures.
