They're cowards, they typically assault soft targets. No-gun zones and places where security is lax. It's normal warfare to strike where the enemy is weak, but take that into consideration. When death may be seconds away, authorities may take minutes to respond.

Always go for center of mass. Kevlar gets weakened by repeated shots, even with body armor they may go down, and you can finish them off. It'll at least give breathing room and allow for police to arrive with better gear. An example of body armor being used is the bank robbery a while back where they lasted so long they ended up killing themselves when they ran low on ammo, but typically these cunts aren't wearing armor. You can perform a coup de gras after he's downed, but top priority is degradation of ability to continue his planned course of action, no matter what emergency measures he takes after that it won't be as devastating as the planned one.

A gun works by having two lines, one of which is the sights and the other is the barrel. A bullet is "lobbed" relative to the sights. The points at which the bullet's path and the point of aim coincide is known as the "zero." "Combat Zeroes" are ones which place the point of impact as close as possible to the point of aim for as far a distance as possible, and most handguns used for concealed carry will have fixed sights with combat zeroes, which means it's not like CoD. At any given range, it might hit a little higher or a little lower based on bullet load, barrel length, and other factors and all that is assuming a perfect trigger pull.

Tourniquets are some of the most useful items you can possibly understand how to make and use or to carry. Better to lose your arm than your life. I wish I was making it up when I say, a sizeable percentage of British Muslims have been training their sons, nephews etc in firearms especially, combat for such a long time. My mum used to be friends from children with a British Muslim, born here and so on. To create or use a tourniquet, wrap something around a pressure point that will put major blood vessels against bone. This includes hard joints, such as the elbow.
