Durting the summer time by cousins from Kentucky bring up tgheir moonshine and that is the bets fucking liquor period. Most f them do Apple Pie moonshine with the apple and cinnamon spices and it is fantastic and yo can drink an entire mason jar without getting drunk. It. is awesome. They usually do a big batch in July and bring it up to Ohio for me. Dont' buy that crap in tha stores, it's fake or commerical moonshine and inst' the real stuff. It tastes inke paint thinner.

Well you can't really base how fucked up you get off homemade drinks vs bar/restaurant drinks by price. Obviously buying a bottle and whatever mixers you choose is going to be cheaper at home than going out. Restaurants and bars inflate drink prices so much that it should be fucking illegal.

I try not to go to bars often for that reason alone. I love going out and meeting new people, and obviously picking up random bar whores, but it puts a massive dent in my wallet that I have no justification for.

I went to this event last weekend where they basically turn a few city blocks into a big ass food and beer festival (Taste of Syracuse, NY). They charge $7 PER BEER, 16oz. They also had wine 'slushies' (they were melted, so just wine) for $5 for a 5oz cup or $8 for a 10oz cup. Of red cat wine, shit that I can buy for $13 a gallon.

Being the drunk that I am, I spent over $100 on beer within a few hours. I could have bought 11 $8 bottles of vodka and drank myself into a coma for ~15 days for less than that.

Well, this is vague, but if you've had regular Jameson, then you know what it's like, Caskmates is a lot like regular Jameson but with more bite. You can definitely taste it was aged in beer barrels.
