Science is basically the same thing, except instead of thinking or having a debate, you make an experiment. A scientific experiment, which has very specific criteria for it to be considered scientific (and even then it's subjective to cognitive biases and shortcomings in language and communication, etc.)

Literally millions of different people, this explains why many get different types of answers. Also by saying that God is capable of performing visual miracles and not emotional ones is limiting God, who is all-powerful.

Take the fact that in the Bible, Judas betrayed Jesus after witnessing tons of miracles, Peter denied Christ and was told before Christ's crucifiction that he was not yet converted. Miracles don't convert, the Holy Ghost does, through feelings. Read ANY book in the old testament to see that visual miracles do not truly convert someone.
