Everyone here is an idiot, OP. Blood tests are designed to check for acute impaired. It is very unlikely that it will show up in your blood after a week unless you smoke like a madman and are also a fat ass. I would be more concerned if it were a urine test.

The reason people think you're doomed to fail is because blood tests tend to be done with more expensive and correspondingly precise methods. However, detectable THC metabolite levels are usually maintained in the blood for only about 24h.
