I recently DEPed into the Army last month. At the time, I thought my only criminal record was a curfew violation, which I disclosed to the Army. I recently found out that I was also charged with resisting arrest that night as well. Is there anyway to correct this issue?

Go to court to appeal it if you really didn't. Plus if there's no record of you doing that or you were never told, you could sue the state but you would need evidence

As far as getting into the army, just be smart and pass the piss test. Look like someone fit for service. Perception is key. If it's only one altercation then I'm sure they will take you. I've seen people with big reports get in so just be up front and tell them you want in. They get bonuses signing people on.
