been trying to destroy love handles with my routines. but i got everything but thighs, handles, and abs completed. abs is the furthest along and my thighs jsut take forever lol but girls love it so no biggie. As for the handles, my diet doesnt seem to effect it or my every other day cardio. Biking and swimming does but jeeze just not enoguh time to do it all. need ot look itno new routines. and i probably will after halloween.
