Well, Ive lost 75 lbs over the past 2 years. Once I hit 85lbs lost, I'm gonna do more weight training.

Right now my routine consists of never going to the gym. Eating extremely healthy all week with 1 night of drinking on weekends [in moderation]. 1 day a week I have a cheat day.
For cardio ride my bike 45 miles 3-2 times a week. Split wood with an ax 3 times a week. Kayak 20 miles once or twice a week. 100 pushup and 100 crunches daily. And once a week I run 25 miles with ankle weights and a weight vest followed by dragging 200lb chains for a half hour and digging for an hour.

Fuck all you faggots who go to the gym.

Bacon and eggs for breakfast with some grilled onions and corn tortillas and an avacado.

A couple bananas, a couple clementines, and an apple throughout the day.

Some salad of different kinds for lunch.

Grilled salmon or chicken and various fruits for dinner.

I try to keep my carbs to fruits with a little grain in the mix. No starchy shit like fries, rice or any of that shit.
