Horseshit story because:
a) Fat blobs of crap don't keep sledgehammers handy.
b) Ambulances don't carry sledgehammers.
c) Even "wood" houses have what they call .. extra wood .. around doorframes for what they call ... structural support. Have you ever tried to sledgehammer through a pair of 2x4s? No.
d) How the fuck are two people going to get a giant fat blob to the door, let alone to the ambulance, especially when "his foot can just fall off"? They won't.
e) I don't care where they live or what agency they were with, the fire department or ESU would have been all over that shit with partner saws, chainsaws, and all manner of other bullshit, in much less time than it would have even taken to find this apocryphal sledgehammer.
f) When you have a cardiac (or potential cardiac) patient, the very last thing you give a shit about is foot pain. You look for edema, but don't rotate a giant shitty swollen foot, even by "accident".
g) Human feet don't just fall off, without looking horribly gangrenous and like runny shit in the first place. That would be goddamn obvious, would have probably already killed the dude, and wouldn't have required rotation of the foot to inspect.
This is one of the most bullshit greentexts ever to have been believed on /b/.
