It was my first PKD book and still one of my favorites. The pidgin Japanese that some of the characters speak can be a little trying for some people. And the I Ching that Dick makes use of is actually chinese rather than japanese. Other than that, it's a great read.

Some of the best booked I've ever read. It's a complete series that pales GOT in scope, size and character depth. It's more far flung fantasy, but the characters are all really developed and true to humanity.
