Xanax and weed counter eachother for some reason, the weed won't effect the Xanax body high but your head may feel different. I prefer not to mix them, you could literally be looking down the barrel of a gun while high on Xanax and not give a fuck, at all. Half a bar isn't enough, you gotta take at least one. I would go for both. I never had a lot of luck dosing repeatedly.. Then from 16-18 I was taking it through highschool often. I'd be walking down halls popping pills out of my wallet. Another thing to note about xanax is if you take 1 bar today, 1 bar tomorrow will hardly hit you. Tolerance skyrockets with benzos.

was prescribed xanax for a year for panic attacks. Never would go over 1mg a day unless I was flying (i freak out on planes). When I decided I didn't want to take it anymore, and try a different medication I had a seizure two days after cutting my dose in half in hopes of stepping down. Doctor freaked the fuck out on me, and gave me a speech about how irresponsible I was for trying to step off with out consulting him first because benzo withdrawal is the only withdrawal that can kill you besides alcohol withdrawal. Apparently they both have a high chance of seizure if you take them daily for more than three weeks, and stop suddenly. I ain't fucking with that shit anymore, man. They had to take my drivers license for three months because of some law involving seizures, and shit too.
