Some fucking mommy comes in and demands that we do a refund to her CC because her brat spend around 8000 euros on FIFA points. Did not find out about it till 4 months later and then raised all hell and threatened to take leagal action (gave her the adress and just ended the chat).
We did not have managers or anything alike to transfere things so we were pretty free to do as we pleased.
Though I must admit that at one point 1/3 of all permanent and console bans came from me alone ( I give one chance and if you fuck it up then be prepared).

More or less if you know an site manager good enough or have access to his PC you can create a dummy account. You would need to use his/her PC or someone elses since they can track more or less every move. If possible ofcourse since all major coridors have cameras in an Microsoft establishment and the managers (site or similar) is usually in the view of it. So there is no real way to do something like this without getting caught ( when you want to you can make prepartaions ofcourse).

Funniest ban-
An retard wanted to get stuff from us ( about 12-14 years old / child account). I explained our not so friendly policy of "nope suck it". Then he wanted to sue me to an TV lawyer. The guy bothered me for 3 hours (I was his 5th supporter that day). At the end he wrote that he knows Bill Gates and he will have me fired. Just wrote back that he can try and banned his account and concole.

Unbanning was none. We just did not do it. Most that the friend or brother did it. Since we could not do something ourselves we just shot them down.
