The 1 roundabout we had in my town was replaced with a stop light. People were assholes and you literally had to jam yourself into the circle because no one let anyone through. They work well for when there's not as much traffic, but everyone drives like they should already be at their destination.

Ameriafag here, the circle isn't the problem here. It's the stupid fucking Americans that don't know the rules. I can't tell you how many times I've had somebody in the right lane not exit and almost side swipe me because they're a fucking moron.

You try to make it work like a regular roundabout but you end freaking out every side. Even funnier when porsches or ferraris are inside. Joke aside it's so huge it's not considered a normal roundabout. Insurers doesn't even bother who's faulty in case of accidents and split 50/50. But in the end the size make it feel like the road if you're used to. Just go inside and follow the flow. The thing is you have to know where you exit.
