It's corroded into the head to the point it wont back out.
I just got back from the grocery store.
I bought some Alum, Alum will dissolve steel but not aluminum.
So, I'll take some silicone rtv, use it to attach a vessel, probably a pop can to the side of the head surrounding the offending bolt, fill it with a solution of Alum, water, and Hydrogen Peroxide, and the Alum will dissolve the bolt.
Will probably take about 20-30 hours but it's a guaranteed solution.
