I shower 2-3x wk on average. My skin and hair looks a lot healthier compared to how dry they were when I showered once a day. I also no not use normal deodorant. I use to put it on every morning, then started to suffer chemical burns (my skin peeled like I had a sunburn) using deodorant and stopped using it. Studies show anti-antiperspirant increases your risk for cancer, so I skip that as well. Instead I use Crystal, which is what the pic is. I swear by this stuff. It kills odor causing bacteria, so your pits don't smell and one container can last 6-10 months of daily use.

P.S. Fuck you all. I do not smell and work a pretty physical job with close human interaction (occupational therapist), Never have had a complaint about me smelling like a mule.

Everyday, may skip Saturday if I don't have anything going on. Also, I shower in the morning before work. People who shower the night before are fucking disgusting.

I shower about every other day and smell fine. Have 0 problem attracting women as long as I cologne&brush teeth. Use shampoo+conditioner with old spice fragrance & let it sit, wash body front, arms, back, neck, cock&ass, legs/feet, then face. Rinse all off get out & put leave in conditioner in hair.
