There is a story I've been looking for for ages, yet I know it is somewhere in the booru: It was told from a fluffies point of view, who had been left home with the owners friend to watch over him. The human noticed that something was wrong when the fluffy hadn't made poopies, and although the fluffy didn't feel like he needed to poop the guy told him he would die if he didn't. Nothing really helpful I fear:
Whatever the fluffy had wasn't called constipation but something more fancy than that.
Whoever the owners friend was hadn't wanted to be fluffysitting that day, but when he saw that he saved the fluffies life he thought it was good that he was there.
The story mentioned whenever the fluffy made poopies and/or peepies, the first hint that something was wrong being that the fluffy made just peepies, although it itself didn't pay it any attention.
I suppose it would be labeled hugbox because no one was abusing the fluffy and the ending was happy.
If I remember correctly, it was a rather old story too.
